Body and Breath

Break down and explore basic yoga postures and the breath within them. Yoga is a practice, and we often revisit the same postures in several variations over and over again. Correct knowledge of alignment and breath creates safety, strength, confidence and grace within a practice. This workshop will combine body and breath to elevate your practice- and ultimately you- to a new level of awareness. The class will explore alignment, injury management/prevention, and how to use breath to both strengthen and soften a pose. This is an all levels workshop, both beginners and advanced practitioners are encouraged to attend. Come explore body and breath to enhance, refresh and enliven your practice!
