Foundations of Yoga Mini Series

Sundays September 17-October 8, 2017

Curious about yoga but don’t know where to start? This 4 week mini series is designed to teach the principles of yoga philosophy, studio etiquette and will break down the basics of a yoga class. Students will be given information and knowledge about developing a yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment while progressing to a full yoga class during the last session.

Not a beginner, but looking to refresh your physical practice and dive deeper into philosophy? This mini series is a wonderful way to examine your knowledge of alignment and breath, and expand your mental boundaries.
